Good things to know/secrets:
- Order the "You Call It" Craft Beer Flight and try a trio of our rotating Craft & Belgian beers available on draft - find your favorite!
- You can also get a "shorty" beer of anything offered on draft if you feel like trying more beers or just feel like taking it slow.
- Chef Stephen Dunne is also the chef/partner at Volo Restaurant Wine Bar in Roscoe Village was the chef at MK. Prior to that he came to Chicago with Spago, and worked in San Francisco at Postrio & Rubicon; Paramount is known in Chicago for being a "chef's chef" spot
- The kitchen serves until 1am on weekends, but is known to serve late on select weeknights as well and gets a good bar crowd after many restaurants in the area stop serving.
- The main level features a massive oversized Barcelona-style tufted booth (the booth backs are over 7 feet high) that is perfect for groups of 8 to 10 people.
- Resident Beverage Director Shawn Koch takes his house-designed cocktails seriously as his craft beers; often creating recipes with premium and uncommon ingredients, and eclectic flavor profiles, as well as delivering expert versions of classic recipes (start with the Ace In The Hole; Lairds Applejack, Canton Ginger Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Peychauds Bitters, Brown Sugar).
